Kato 176-7611 EMD SD70M Flat Radiator Southern Pacific #9804 N Scale

The EMD SD70M Flat Radiator is a diesel locomotive with an output of 4000 hp (2980 kW) that is essential for recreating the modern American freight train scene. By 2004, 1646 cars were built. The exterior of the SD70M is very similar to the SD70MAC, however, their main motors are different from each other, with the SD70M using a DC electric motor and the SD70MACan AC electric motor.
The SD70M is available in two versions, either with two or three front windows in the cab, two or four radiator panels on each side, and HT-C or HTCR trucks.
The train is still in service today, pulling coal porters and double-stack container trains together with SD70ACe and ES44AC.
